I grew up in rural Idaho, where books, outdoor life, off-grid quiet, and long stretches of imagination shaped the kinds of stories I still love most. Fantasy became home early for me, and by high school I was already writing poetry and short fiction, with several pieces published before I turned twenty under a private pen name.

After years spent building a life, raising a family, studying, working, and surviving the unexpected turns life can bring, I returned to writing with a deeper understanding of trauma, resilience, injustice, and the complicated ways people can heal and transform. Those themes now sit at the heart of nearly everything I write.

My published and developing work ranges from dark epic fantasy to progression sci-fi fantasy, soft litRPG, and psychological suspense.

In The Scales of Justice, I explore slavery, rebellion, dragons, vengeance, and the brutal cost of freedom.

In The Meridian Reach Saga, I write about corporate ownership, survival, found family, dungeon worlds, and the fight to build refuge in a system designed to consume people.

My thriller work leans into buried secrets, institutional failure, memory, identity, and the question of what justice becomes when the official record lies.

Across genres, I am most interested in stories where power has consequences, survival is not the gift or glory of what society makes it out to be, and hope has to be viciously fought for.

My stories are for readers who love immersive worlds, hard-won growth, emotional scars, dangerous choices, and characters forced to claw their way through hardship toward something stronger. When I’m not writing, I’m usually spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, painting or drawing, reading with my golden retriever Winnie curled up nearby, or pulling out board games with my family. I also live with disability, which has changed the way I move through life and work. It has taught me to value the good days, protect the things that matter, and pour myself fully into the stories I get to tell.
